TERMS FOR ONLINE RESERVATIONS
Reservations and accommodation
Miletia Tour Ltd. has the obligation to ensure the use of the services that were specified and paid by the client through online reservation in their full quantity and quality, according to the data, provided by the client in the form: name of the client, period of stay, number of adults and agreed rates.
Prices and payments
The prices on the webpage of Miletia Suites are in euros (EUR) and they include tourist tax and extras (for example breakfast) according to the period if reservation. The total price, if necessary, is converted by the official rate of BNB (1.95583 BGN for 1 EUR) and is calculated automatically according to the period of stay, number of adults and the current price offer for the period.
During online reservation, it is necessary for 100% of the total price to be paid at the moment of reservation with a debit/credit card.
Miletia Suites has the right to adjust the rates at any time. Reservations already made, confirmed, and paid cannot be subjected to change of rates, regardless of possible changes to pricing plans.
Actions for making online payments
Our virtual POS terminal supports the latest security programs of MasterCard (MasterCard SecureCode) and VISA (Verified by VISA). These are additional protection when shopping online, and it is necessary to enter a password for 3D authentication when paying online. If you have a credit card, ask your issuing bank about the VISA and MASTERCARD security programs, and register your 3D password for more secure online payments.
Please note that in no way do we have access to or record the card information you enter when paying online – card number, validity, CVV2 or CVC2 credit card code or 3D password.
Reservation policies
Non-refundable rates:
The reservation cannot be canceled.
In the case of cancellation, the penalty is equal to the full value of the reservation.
Normal rates:
The reservation can be canceled or modified up to 7 days before arrival, without penalty.
In case of cancellation outside the set period, the penalty is equal to the full value of the reservation.
Return policy
Upon cancellation, the relevant policy is applied, according to the rate that was applied when creating the reservation.
Policy for refund in connection with payments made by bank card
Amounts charged on reservations by guests who have canceled or overpaid the amounts due on their reservations, in accordance with the cancellation policy and the rate under which they are made, are returned by agreement between the parties for the amount to be recovered.
Reimbursement period
The term for reimbursement of amounts paid with bank cards is up to 10 working days from the date on which the exact amount is agreed between the parties (client and hotel).
