During our peak season, from June 15th to September 15th, a minimum stay of three nights is typically required.

However, shorter stays might be available based on our booking calendar. Essentially, if there’s an available slot less than three days, you can book it!

Cancellations are accepted, but please be informed that if you cancel within 72 hours (3 days) of your scheduled arrival, you’ll be charged the full booking amount.
Absolutely! Booking directly through our platform ensures better rates than external sites such as Booking.com or Expedia.
We do not accommodate requests for extra beds in our rooms. Each room has a set capacity. However, two children under 12 can share a room without extra costs using the available bedding. Our Deluxe apartment (3) offers a twin bed available upon request and also features an infant bed, free of charge.
Yes, for every booking, the 7th day is at half-price. This discount is automatically applied during the booking process and reflected in your final bill.

When you arrive

Check-in is available from 14:00 to 20:00 daily. Please have your ID or passport ready upon check-in. Notify us if you plan on arriving earlier or if there will be delays beyond 20:00. Check-out is between 09:00 and 11:00. Should you wish to extend your stay, please inform our management, and we’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability.
Certainly! Guests can have visitors in their rooms. If visitors are staying overnight and exceed the room’s set capacity, additional fees might apply. In certain cases, the Management reserves the right to ask extra guests to vacate.
The Old Town of Sozopol restricts vehicle access and parking may cost up to 50 euros daily. We suggest using nearby public parking areas, which are highlighted on our “Location” page map.

We maintain a smoke-free environment within our rooms and common spaces, monitored by smoke detectors. Guests are encouraged to smoke on terraces and balconies.

Amenities

We offer our guests an exclusive range of bath and body products that invigorate the senses. Each room comes with organic cotton towels and a set of toiletries, tailored to the number of occupants.
For coffee aficionados, we’ve placed an espresso machine complete with a grinder in the 2nd-floor common area. Complimentary coffee selections from Jacobs, Lavazza, and Kimbo are provided, subject to availability.
