Property Guidelines

We at Miletia Suites are committed to making your stay as delightful as possible. To ensure an enjoyable experience for all our guests, we kindly ask you to observe the following guidelines. These are set as an agreement between our guests and Miletia Suites and will help maintain the tranquil and welcoming environment we strive to provide.

Arrival and Departure

Our check-in time begins at 14:00 each day, and lasts until 20:00. We ask that you provide us with an ID card or Passport upon your arrival. Check-out time starts at 09:00 each day, concluding at 11:00. Should you wish to extend your stay, please inform our management. Extensions are subject to room availability.

Meal Services

Your stay at Miletia Suites includes a delightful breakfast served daily from 9:30 to 12:00 at Ginny’s Kitchen, conveniently located near the property. Breakfast tickets, available in your room, entitle each guest to a meal each day.

Security

For your security, we advise that all doors be locked when leaving your room or retiring for the night. While we strive to provide a safe environment, Miletia Suites cannot assume responsibility for the loss or damage of personal belongings.

Pet Policy

While we appreciate the love and companionship of pets, in consideration of all guests’ comfort, pets are not permitted on the property.

Noise Policy

To ensure everyone’s peace and comfort, we kindly ask guests to maintain a respectful noise level, especially after 23:00. In the event of continual disruption, management has the right to request guests to adjust their behavior. If the issue persists, management may request that the guest vacate their room or other property areas. We at Miletia Suites appreciate your understanding and cooperation. We wish you a delightful stay with us!

Room Occupancy

To ensure the comfort of all guests, we have clearly defined room capacities. No additional beds may be added to any of the rooms. We accommodate up to two children under the age of 12 at no additional charge, provided they use existing bedding. Our Deluxe Apartment offers a twin bed and an infant bed available upon request.

Housekeeping

Our dedicated housekeeping team ensures your room is fresh and clean, with services scheduled bi-weekly between 10:00 and 14:00. We strive to create an atmosphere of cleanliness and comfort during your stay.

Smoking Policy

Miletia Suites is committed to providing a healthy and clean environment. Therefore, smoking is strictly prohibited in rooms and common areas, which are monitored by smoke alarm sensors. We kindly ask guests to use the designated smoking areas on the terraces and balconies.

Damage Policy

Any damage to property or its furnishings caused by guests or those for whom they are responsible will be the responsibility of the guest.
